• the available design you'd like (color of design itself is not optional)
• whether you'd like the design straight or crooked somehow (Explain. For example, "Right Shoulder, crooked to parallel shoulder seam")
• the color of the t-shirt, Jerzees hoodie or American Apparel hoodie you'd like (click hyperlink to view color options)
  • (WARNING: American Apparel hoodies will take up as much or more than a month to ship because of a backorder on American Apparel's end!)
• the placement on the shirt (see diagram below) - indicating front or back if applicable
